I liked the convenience and location of this building. It was incredibly central and in a lively area.
Cons:
There is a pest problem, a plethora of repairs issues, and the building management is almost impossible to contact.

Pros:
Great location and good area with fun dive bars on the block but not right below. Great laundry around the corner too. Extermination every month seems to be pretty effective
Cons:
Heating is all over the place — had a morning where it was 40° in my unit because the heat wasn’t on when freezing outside. Building isn’t super responsive but haven’t had many problems.
