    Great place to live if you love going out!

    Pros:
    Great location and really good sized apartment
    Cons:
    Floors were really cheap wood and it was pretty loud
    Advice to owner:
    Update the place!

    Aesthetically pleasing apartments but beware slow super and mice

    Easy walk up, nice roof, good location, fantastic apartment
    Cons:
    Felt Impossible to get hold of landlord when we needed it most. Super is very slow addressing issues and takes multiple calls for even urgent problems. Mouse problem has been ignored by both.
