    - Clean
    - Well sealed
    - No pests so far
    Cons:
    Living near ace bar it gets quite noisy

    Responsive management. Clean building. Good neighbors.
    Cons:
    Heat and hot water can occasionally take awhile to heat up or not heat up at all. Water pressure inconsistent between faucets.
    Advice to owner:
    Better communication with tenants regarding unit issues.
