Good Building, Terrible Management

Nice building, nice super

Cons

Management are con men. Jacking up rent to crazy prices EVERY. YEAR. They are unkind and the worst kind of landlord. Only care about making as much $$ as possible. It's family owned, son is just as bad as the father.

Excellent building & management

Pros

Amazing, responsive, legitimate management company. These guys are so by the books in the best way. Super is great, apartments are kept in excellent condition, laundry in the building, elevator & storage in basement.

Cons

Street facing apartments are park side, which can get pretty noisy. Packages go missing every once in a while.
