    Well laid out 1 bedroom

    Pros:
    Quiet, clean and respectful neighbors. Good soundproofing. Few issues with stolen packages.
    Cons:
    New management is unresponsive. Washers and dryers in building barely work and management does nothing to fix them. Unit on our floor had roach infestation for over a month that affected all units on floor.

    Ok building for a first apartment as a college/postgrad

    Giant leak in our bathroom, mice and cockroaches and tiny apartment
