Good lobby, has laundry in building.
Cons:
Tons of rats in basement level near trash, old building, dated appliances
Advice to owner:
Renovations are needed for most units

One of the most poorly maintained buildings

Good location, good neighbors
Cons:
Awful management, huge amounts of maintenance issues (pests, holes in the walls/pipes, sink breaking, door not working, heat not working in winter, hot water not working), very unprofessional management and slow to fix issues
Advice to owner:
Please update, renovate, and clean these apartments - they are filthy
