    Great place for the price and location
    Former Tenant
    Pros:
    The superintendent is fantastic. And most of the units are freshly renovated
    Cons:
    The owner can be slow to respond, and at times the noise from the hallway can be a lot
    Advice to owner:
    Soundproof the doors a little more!
