    great deal, good super

    great deal on rent, responsive live-in super
    Cons:
    intermittent mouse issues

    Good location in Alphabet City
    Cons:
    Management is really bad and the building as a whole is unkept. The super is pretty terrible too. mice and roaches are unfortunately part of the deal.
    Advice to owner:
    Pest control is a must.
