Not much honestly
Cons:
Landlord was extremely unresponsive, one of our main appliances was broken the entire time I lived here

Pros:
- Garbage management is done well. It really rarely smells—even in the summer
- Landlord is pretty good—will look to help you if there is an issue.
Cons:
- The walls are MUCH too thin—you can hear EVERYTHING from your next door neighbours.
- No elevator or in-building washer/dryer
- Poor mailroom management—I’ve had a couple packages stolen.
