    Great super, quick maintenance response time
    Cons:
    How messy it gets over the weekend due to the public using the entrance to hangout

    Easy rent payment, great super (Benny), really nice building with new units! I really think this has been my easiest experience living in NYC. It's also rent controlled.

    Nothing to complain about.
