5 Floor Walk Up

Pros

The landlord wasn't a corporation and building is family owned. There was quick service and maintenance for the building when hot water went off (fixed literally the next day at latest).Landlord is very cooperative and working with him was great.

Cons

Lived on the 5th floor so the walk up was tough.

Advice to the owners

Hallways could be a bit tidier, but it is an older building so its hard.

Lived here for 3 years

Pros

Management was nice, neighbors were nice and offered a hand with bringing groceries up when I needed help. Area is super convenient and price for the apartment was way cheaper than other apartments in the area.

Cons

Narrow stairs in hallway make it hard to bring up large objects.
