    Elevator breaks sometimes and door key gets jammed

    Elevator, proximity to subways, well kept
    Cons:
    Rent is not done through a website. Annoying to have to send a check. This is 2022
    Sometimes packages are stolen
    Loud street noise on weekends
    Advice to owner:
    It’s like Hugh doesn’t know how to use his phone Hugh is the building manager
