Small place in the middle of everything

Pros:
It’s fairly quiet on a not too loud street but close to anything you’d like to do.
Cons:
We had some things break in our apartment and they took many many follow up emails to get someone out to help. This is New York but even for New York standard the apartments are tiny.

Super great location in the Lower east side, great street.
Cons:
6th floor walk up, no elevator.
