Pretty sweet spot, nice neighborhood
Pros
Super is friendly, comes on time. Had no pest issues. Was pretty warm during winters. Good amount of space in the bedrooms - one is smaller but can still fit bed, closet, and desk.
Cons
No elevator and has half floors. Roomate and I lived on the 4th floor, but technically was 5th. Couldn't regulate one of the heaters in the kitchen because it was facing the wall in the kitchen. No closets in the bedrooms, but there is one shared one in the living space.
Advice to the owners
Would be great to find a way to make sure all heaters can be regulated. Make sure all holes are filled and covered around the pipes.
