Its affordable and decent living situation due to location
Cons:
-The building hall/stairwells have not been cleaned, ever. -Stolen packages -They have roaches, and waterbugs throughout the building. Exterminator is inconsistent -The walls have never been repainted just covered with past -You can hear everything in your surroundings (neighbor upstairs, or between you etc). -The landlord does not want tenants to stay they're looking for quick money despite tenants that take care of their property
Advice to owner:
Consider keeping long time tenants and cleaning your building.

Pros:
Lobby has been remodeled and finally a front door buzzer has been installed
Cons:
the walls in the hall outside the apartment on each floor need to be refinished and repainted
Advice to owner:
Stop illegally removing apartments from rent stabilization
