Pros:
This isn’t a “too good to be true” building. Exactly what you think it is is what it is

No rodents which for an apartment in alphabet city, that’s saying something

Awesome layouts - duplexes and triplexes are always fun
Cons:
Tiny kitchens and old appliances.

Very expensive to run the heat & A/C. I ran the math when I was living there and it came out to $3/hour per unit running
Advice to owner:
Upgrades to your kitchen appliances would make the small kitchens more desirable. Update the electric efficiency
