Don’t live here for the apartment

Perfect location in Easy Village

Cons

Pest control was a mess- owners refused to treat for roaches. I had to mouse-proof my own apartment and drain-o weekly to keep roaches from coming up through the shower drain.

Advice to the owners

Spend the $ to fix the problems with rodents, roaches, and water damage and you’d have happy tenants who don’t bother you 24/7.
