    Great spot in the East Village

    Great area, nice layout of studios, natural sunlight
    Cons:
    Need filter in shower. Water can come out dirty

    The location of the building is great.
    Cons:
    Matel Realty are the biggest bunch of crooks you’ll ever encounter- if you have any problems whatsoever, good luck having them solve any of your problems (mice, robberies, heat terrible neighbors etc) No apartment is worth the bullshit Matel will put you through.
    Advice to owner:
    Treat your tenants with respect.
