Cockroaches but management is helpfu

Pros:
Building management was super responsive and helpful in sending pest control to manage cockroaches in apartment
Cons:
Apartment had cockroaches (disclaimer - we lived on the first floor. Never live on the first floor in NYC)

New management driving out older tenants. No super after new management
