    Great block, horrible management co

    Pros:
    Great location. Interesting layout of units.
    Cons:
    NOT clean. Floors hadn't been cleaned in the year that I lived there. Trash would often pile up and rodents moved in.
    Advice to owner:
    Clean up your building and make improvements to the units.

    Very pretty old building, good location
    Cons:
    Mice are always in the garbage area. Garbage pickup is inconsistent.
