    Nice landlord, but the building needs renovation

    Pros:
    - Really high ceiling
    - Large Space
    - Landlord's responsive when you call or text
    - only 4 apartments in total, so the halls are less busy
    - Package never stolen
    - Amazing location
    Cons:
    - Old building
    - Radiator issue every winter
    - mold issue
    - No live-in super
    Advice to owner:
    Keep doing what you do, I appreciated you as my landlord.
