    Pros:
    Large Bathroom, well maintained, pest control comes once a month.
    Cons:
    I lived directly above the bar downstairs so it could be noisy

    great super, bar downstairs is loud

    Nice building, responsive management, amazing super (adnan)
    Apts are clean and charming, great location
    Cons:
    The bar downstairs is LOUD. even when the buidling management tried to help to mitigate the situation, the noise from music at the bar is considerable.
    Advice to owner:
    get control of the noise in the bar, you have a lovely residential building otherwise
