Pros:
Pretty spacious units, bedrooms have a decent amount of space and there’s decent storage. Rooftop view is decent. Rooms are fairly soundproof.
Cons:
Found dead roaches in public hall and in unit.
Advice to owner:
Pest control against roaches needs to be improved.

Pros:
Apartment size is large for a 2 bedroom and kitchen provides ample counter space.
Cons:
No built in dishwasher or laundry facilities. Also floors are uneven. Stairs tend to echo and noise carries.
Advice to owner:
Move recycling to outside the building
