    Our Rooftop was everything!

    Pros:
    Modern renovated building with exposed brick and nice bathrooms, loved having in unit laundry and live in super.
    Rooftop was our favorite part! We hosted so many parties there and views are amazing.
    Cons:
    Not too much space in the closet, but we managed.

    Advice to owner:
    Keep the garbage outside rotating quickly - sometimes some rats like to hangout out front!
