    Old building- great first apartment
    Former Tenant
    Pros:
    Management company is responsive.
    Some units have dishwashers, some have in unit laundry.
    Good light on street facing units.
    Decent price
    Cons:
    TOUGH walk up.
    Garbage piles up.
    Mice in building.
    Super is extremely unresponsive.
    No laundry in building.
    No elevator

    Pros:
    Location - close to the L. If you have the two units with private roof access it's ok.
    Cons:
    Run down, lack of cleaning, mice, roaches, broken tile, mold
    Advice to owner:
    Renovate the building
