    Elevator, hot water included

    Stolen packages, expensive laundry

    I guess the location if that’s your type of area
    Cons:
    Terrible unresponsive management, rude and deceptive. Regularly went without heat and hot water or any water at all. Gas was turned off for about 6 months.
