    Pros:
    This building has character and personality and the location is unbeatable
    Cons:
    It’s old and very “quirky”. I don’t think it’s ever been renovated, but just small updates done whenever needed. It has a cobbled-together feel, but landlord is very responsive when anything goes wrong
