    Pros:
    - some nice renovations done to the first couple floors of the building
    - spacious common areas
    - great area and street
    Cons:
    - owner not very responsive to problems with shower/kitchen etc.
    - can be noisy especially on weekends
    - floors are tilted

    The super Walter is fantastic
    Cons:
    Management is hard to get ahold of
    Laundry in the building was often broken, small gym
    Always loud
    Was never given access to the Latch doorway when everyone else was able to use it
