I would recommend this building

Pros

Super and owner were always very responsive. Garbage area was kept clean as well as the inside of the building.

Cons

Only 2 washers/dryers. Did have mice at one point.

Super Clean Building and Beautiful Apts!

Pros

My time at this building has been amazing. It is always sparkling clean, laundry room works great, apartments have been recently renovated and the trash cans on the shared courtyard are extremely organized and clean! 10/10

Small apartments. Not a lot of light comes in.
