Great Building! Amazing Super! Just don't ever use Living NY realtors

Pros

The super's name is Vis and he's the best super ever. Very quick to respond to messages. Keeps the building very clean and organized. Great building! Would recommend 10/10.

Cons

Living NY sucked. They told us our apartment was ready and then when we moved to NYC it was another 1-2 months before we could actually move in. We showed up with our packed suitcases to a busted unit with holes in the dry wall and none of the counter tops or appliances installed. The entire time we are living in a horrible temporary unit. They didn't even comp the entirety of our temporary housing. Don't ever use Living NY! There are so many more options out there don't use this garbage company.

Advice to the owners

Promote Vis! He's the best super I've ever had! Also, don't ever use Living NY to list your apartments.
