Renters approve of the building's owners
Some of the units are renovated and have washer dryer which is nice. Location is great. The trash area is well taken care of.
Management is horrible they just don’t respond. Crazy neighbors that live on bottom floor that made me uncomfortable many times. Building is old and not well maintained/cleaned. Mice and bugs. Heating was off for over a week in the winter and water often went off or hot water was not on.
