    Good building, no issues
    Former Tenant
    Pros:
    Responsiveness when there are fixes needed
    No rodents spotted
    Open to negotiating when covid hit
    Apartment was clean at move in
    Received security deposit on time after I moved out
    Cons:
    Paper checks required
    (Very few) Cockroaches
