Decent but not great building

Pros:
Good location Not terribly expensive Good amount of space for the price Charming older building with exposed brick Management is relatively quick to respond
Cons:
No central heat or ac Heat often goes out in the winter due to a faulty boiler. They are pretty quick to fix it but with the frequency that it happens it is definitely a factor Had minor issues with cockroaches and mice.

Not worth the price AT ALL

Pros:
Got a 4 bedroom during peak COVID ($4500), nice location
Cons:
Rent was raised by over $2.5k in just 1 year, Landlord is highly unresponsive, Major issues with roaches/water bugs throughout lease, In-unit washer/dryer is extremely loud and takes 8 hours to complete a cycle
Advice to owner:
These units are not worth over $7k per month….
