Pros:
Great location in heart of EV close to tons of restaurants and shops
Spacious rooms
Cons:
Not a ton of natural light
On a noisy street
Older building with maintenance required from time to time

Pros:
Updated features, small building (only 3 units) decent sized rooms that all get natural light
Cons:
Management is not responsive and the super is MIA. Living room does not get a ton of light and the building is on a loud avenue. Exterminator is supposed to come monthly but rarely does unless we keep asking.
Advice to owner:
Be more proactive and better about maintaining the building
