    -great neighborhood
    -reasonable price
    -natural light
    Cons:
    -fire department next door is loud
    -insulation is bad and heat doesn’t work well, so space heaters are mandatory
    -air vents are dirty making apartment get dusty quickly
    Advice to owner:
    Clean air vents and turn on heat in winter
