Great location and overall good condition apartments
Cons:
- Management is greedy and WILL raise your rent an egregious amount - When we moved in, they did not hire cleaners at all and it was filthy inside - They took away some of our security deposit back for not "cleaning" but the apartment was in good condition - Payment has to be done in person by check
Advice to owner:
Stop being so money hungry and invest in good tenants

Location was nice (prime east village)
Cons:
The apartment had mice and roaches. Garbage attracted more rats. Super was not live-in even though it was advertised he would be. We had a water leak for 9 months out of the 12 that we lived there.
