    Pros:
    Quiet. Clean for how old it is.
    Cons:
    Staircase is narrow. Tough to fit adult sized bike up stairs. No rooftop access.
    Advice to owner:
    Give us roof access.

    Convenient location, attentive super & landlord, good price for what you get
    Cons:
    Stairs are tricky and steep
    Advice to owner:
    great job all around, suggest a new paint color in the hallways and keep it a bit cleaner in hallways
