Great Summer Housing Option

Pros

Quiet, 24 hr security, laundry always available and very well maintained.

Cons

Could sometimes be loud and fire alarm went off often.

Third Ave North Student Dorm

Pros

I was graced with a single. The view from the window was nice. Furniture all nice. If anything was wrong matinence would come within a few days to fix it. Basement Lounge was really nice… Good study rooms. Okay dining hall. Breakfast at the dining hall was good.

Cons

Elevators were always broken. Common area didn’t have a window. Really dusty, no air circulation. Over head lights were hideous.

everyone would be happier if the elevators worked
