    Very Old Building
    Former Tenant
    Pros:
    Quiet and good location.
    Cons:
    Dealt with a mouse issue on and off for over a year. The super was very unresponsive and would tell us frequently that our problems were due to the old building and not fixable. No building amenities. My packages have gotten stolen a few times.
    Advice to owner:
    Get a super who is more responsive and attentive to renters.
