    decent place but management is slow

    Location is good and price is good
    Cons:
    Hallways are narrow finishes are a bit shoddy

    Pros:
    I never saw any bugs/other critters while living here. Each room had nice windows, closets were a good size. The layout of the apartment was functional.
    Cons:
    The temperature was unbearable from december to may. Even during the coldest days, I was sweating through my clothes because it was so hot. Packages were also constantly being stolen from the lobby.
    Advice to owner:
    invest in better security in the lobby.
