You pay for what you get

Pros:
- rent stabilized - great location - roof is unlocked
Cons:
- packages get stolen often - old building, the heat/hot water often goes out - water leak in my ceiling was not addressed and the mold was just simply painted over - many young people who are loud late into the night - landlord is virtually inaccessible, super can sometimes be reached - walk up building - hallways/stairwells are not kept up or cleaned often
Advice to owner:
You should visit the building and then let me know if you’d live here… it’s sad when 50% of packages are stolen and super can’t be reached
