Pros:
Great location, and isn’t insanely expensive for the 2 bedroom we have. The trash service is nice someone breaks down all the boxes daily, and good for pets - only $28 per month fee which isn’t bad. Nice counter tops in the kitchen and appliances new in the last 5 years probably. Good space. Also we like the online portal , very convenient to use to pay rent, also can use credit cards to pay but there is 3% fee for that.
Cons:
When we arrived it to our apartment - mind you our lease started on the 1st of the month and we didn’t get there till the 6th - it was FILTHY. Food in the freezer , fridge smelled like rotten food, hair in the drain in bathroom , crud on stovetop and crumbs in oven , microwave disgusting - you get the picture clearly no one bothered to clean prior to our arrival . We complained and they sent a girl to clean for 2 hrs - she didn’t do a great job but definitely better than it was , even she was like “wow this is the dirtiest fridge” “ew this is gross” etc. , not pleased but at least they tried. Since then other problems we have had is hot water always seems to be off ?? They keep saying it’s fixed and it works for like 3 days then no hot water when i go to shower ...? We just keep submitting maintenance requests. Also windows were very dirty - ended up cleaning those ourselves.
Advice to owner:
Get proper management , take care of your space. Especially in the era of COVID im shocked you guys are allowing this level of dirtiness to happen.
