The worst super I’ve ever met, water doesn’t drain, ceilings messed up, hike rent thousands of dollars

Nice enough just not great

I like the older building charm and the fob locked door

Cons

I did not like that our ceiling leaked for 2 months and we had to call multiple times for it to eventually be fixed

Advice to the owners

Fire the building manager and hire someone who won’t scream at your tenants
