Good water pressure
Cons:
- Abusive landlord who randomly curses you out, threatens you with illegal eviction and proceeds to disabling your key cards just because she doesn't like you as a person for something as petty as not saying hi to her and opening the door for her.

- Badmouths about you to other tenants and treats you more as her slave

- Badmouths about you to other tenants and discloses private information without your knowledge and consent.

- Uses surveillance cameras for audio recording (Wyze Cam) to eavesdrop on private conversations. She is aware that this is illegal but doesn't care.
