    Old but has character

    Pros:
    Kind management, amazing location and unbeatable price.
    Cons:
    Super doesn’t follow up unless pushed. Have seen a few cockroaches. Leaking from ceiling.

    Update the rooms

    Not great apartment, great location

    Very fun location, central to most neighborhoods downtown
    Cons:
    Management company was horrible and unresponsive
    Apartment was incredibly old and cramped
    Advertised as a 3 bedroom but 2 bedrooms were the size of queen bed and the third had 3-5 feet in excess of that.
    Entry door to building was always unlocked
    Bathroom was gross
    Advice to owner:
    Gut the entire place
