Pros

Hot location for 20 somethings, everything within walking distance, renovated units

Cons

small unit, noisy but as expected, some pest issues, steaming pipes get way too hot during the winter making it almost unbearable.

Advice to the owners

figure out those steaming pipes

brand new hallways, clean and pleasant looking

pretty loud, unsafe package area (had a few stolen), small apts
