    great building. prewar but does the job.

    heating is great and owner responsiveness is fast
    Cons:
    older building, loud acs
    Advice to owner:
    maybe invest in better and quieter air conditioners

    Advice to owner:
    Video door buzzer or code to get in the main door instead of the key.
    Also cameras in the hallway for stolen packages.
