    Well Managed. The super is awesome and the community is wonderful

    Pros:
    This is a really special home. Friendly tenants. On a side street. great location. Good light coming through the windows. Fair prices. I don't find any pests or rodents.
    Cons:
    Packages get stolen all the time. Huge package theft problem.

    Older building. No heat control. Some mice and roaches on lower floors.
