    Lovely coop but not owner or renter friendly

    Pros:
    Amazing staff, impeccably clean, great location.
    Cons:
    Lots of noise from 6th ave because of old windows, coop board is really restrictive.
    Advice to owner:
    Lighten restrictions for owners and renters.
