    Short term lease, furnished options, location, natural light (face courtyard with trees), bedroom size
    Cons:
    Small living room, mouse sightings, very small bathroom, no counter space in the kitchen, neighbors complained frequently with music
    Advice to owner:
    Combat those mice!
